Welcome to Youth Chairman Steve Broach & Vice Youth Chairman Oliver Davies.

At this weeks AGM the club ratified the appointment of Steve Broach to Youth Chairman. Taking over from Mike Greve. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Mike for all is time and efforts during his time as Youth Chairman. Overseeing 2 massive youth tournaments, rapid growth in all age groups and earning us our 3 star England Football Accreditation.

Steve's first order of business as our new Youth Chairman was the appointment of Oliver Davies as his Vice Youth Chairman. Olly is an ex-Seaford Town First Team player, Director of Swerve Soccer Camps and Director of La Liga Camps UK delivering world class football camps in partnership with the Spanish premier division, La Liga. Seaford Town and Swerve have enjoyed a close working relationship over the past few years with holiday camps and delivering this seasons youth tournament in partnership.

"I’m delighted to become Youth Chair of this historic grassroots club. We are proud to offer ‘football for all’ for the boys and girls of Seaford and Sussex generally, including in our growing All Inclusive section.

I will be continuing to coach with our U8 and U11 boys/mixed teams, so will get to see the excellent progress our kids are making first hand.

We are lucky to have an incredible team of volunteer coaches who put so much in for the players at every age group. I’m also very pleased that Olly Davies will be bringing his coaching expertise to the youth set up as Vice Chair.

My job is to support everyone as the youth section continues to grow and thrive, working to build the links to the senior teams which we hope will be full of former STFC youth players soon. A key priority is to build on Womens Euros to get more girls playing football with the club - I’ll be working closely with Sarah Scott, our director of womens and girls football on this.

We are all immensely grateful for the work of Michael Greve in getting the youth section to where it has reached today, under the overall leadership of Tom Webster as our Chair. Thanks to their work, the future is bright for grassroots football in Seaford. We are determined to keep up the momentum they have started." - Steve Broach, Youth Chairman.

"It’s an honour to be asked to support Steve as Vice Youth Chairman for Seaford Town. Seaford is an extremely forward thinking club with huge aspirations to progress across the board. I’m looking forward to working closely with the players, parents and committee members to maintain and strategise growth within the club." Oliver Davies, Vice Youth Chairman & Director of Swerve Soccer Camps.

Steve has launched a Youth Chair's Appeal with a target of raising £10,000 as a cash injection to the club. He is hoping that all those who love football and want to see the greatest number of children, young people and adults enjoy it will support the appeal, at whatever level they are able: https://www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/stfcyouthchairappeal
